Let me tell you a little about "Gladys Friday". Being in healthcare, you hear lots of stories. You just can't MAKE this stuff up! We may as well laugh about it, it helps us heal. Laughter is like a medicine, you know. Gladys helps us laugh.....a lot.
Denise is the professional side of Gladys, she offers presentations and motivational speeches focusing on "Making a Difference" - "Customer Service" - "Healthcare Communication" training and more. She's even a Mystery Patient (but don't tell that, it's a secret!) She uses a light-hearted approach to address important issues and always captures the attention of the audience. Her personality is very contagious (no gown / mask required - she WANTS you to catch it).
"Gladys Friday" is a bonus. She always has a good time and everyone loves her, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
